With over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance, I’ve built a reputation for transforming complex technical challenges into streamlined, secure, and scalable solutions. My career spans leadership roles across enterprise environments, most recently as CTO and FTC Regulatory Compliance Manager at Mission Mitsubishi in San Antonio, TX, where I led digital transformation initiatives that saved the company over $15,000 per month by bringing outsourced IT in-house and implementing a fully FTC-compliant Microsoft 365/Azure Entra infrastructure.

My background is rooted in hands-on engineering and strategic project management. I’ve designed, implemented, and maintained secure networks, provided enterprise cloud support, and ensured compliance with federal regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, while retaining a 98 %+ security posture. Beyond compliance, my work focuses on empowering organizations through proactive security, robust IT infrastructure, and effective cost control.

I’m also the founder of Xoom Technology Group, a trusted IT consulting and network solutions provider that served nearly 100 clients in the South Texas region. From structured cabling and telecom installations to CTO-level advisory for SMBs, I’ve helped businesses scale and innovate while staying secure and connected.

Earlier in my career, I honed my expertise in managed services and document infrastructure at Dahill/Xerox Business Solutions, and as a Linux System Administrator at Rackspace, where I provided support for web and database servers in high-demand environments.
